Return/Refund Policy

At House of Kashyap, we take pride in delivering high-quality products, and we hope you love every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’ve designed a straightforward and fair return process.

Effective Date: This return policy applies to all orders placed on or after April 1, 2025.


Return Process

  • Easy Returns: Initiate your return via our online return portal within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Fee:
    • ₹150 for 1-2 products
    • ₹250 for 3 or more products
  • One Return Per Order: We allow only one return request per order, so please ensure your decision is final.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased during Clearance Sale or promotional offers (e.g., B1G1, B2G2) cannot be returned, but exchanges are available with additional charge ₹150 per product.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective product:

    • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images as proof.
    • Once verified & approved we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

    Quality Check Process 

    • Pickup: Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 working days.
    • Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
    • Approval: If the return passes inspection, we will process your refund or store credit.
    • Rejection: If the item fails inspection, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

    Refund & Store Credit Policy

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after a successful quality check and credited to the original payment method (after deducting return shipping charges)
    • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits to your registered email ID, valid for six months
    • Shipping Charges: Refunds will not include the original shipping cost & return shipping charges, only the remaining amount will be reimbursed.
