For all COD orders additional Rs.100 will be charged.

All your orders will be dispatched within 24hrs. The delivery time depends on your location. It takes about 5 to 7 days to reach your from the time of shipping.  

Order once shipped cannot be cancelled

Please note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are famous for delighting our customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.

We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via SMS / email.

Partial COD Policy

At HOK, we strive to make shopping convenient and secure for our customers. Our Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option is designed to ensure smoother transactions while minimizing delays and cancellations.

What is Partial COD?

Partial COD allows you to confirm your order by paying a small percentage of the total order value online. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Confirmation Payment:

    • A token amount equivalent to 10% of the total order value is required to confirm your order.
    • This amount will be adjusted against the final price of your order.

  2. Order Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel the order after it has been shipped or refuse delivery, the partial COD payment is non-refundable.
    • In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock, logistical issues), the partial payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

  3. Delivery Refusal:

    • For orders canceled during delivery via OTP verification or refusal to accept the package, the partial payment will be forfeited.
