Exchange/Return Policy

We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our exchange/ return policy:

The exchange/return product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

 

    EXCHANGE POLICY      

  • Exchange can be requested on our mail id - support@houseofkashyap.com
  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Products which are purchased during sale like BOGO, LIMITED TIME OFFER cannot be exchanged
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order and only size can be exchanged. Once the order is exchanged, it can't be returned.
  • We've only a one-time Exchange policy.
  • Reverse pickup is to be done by our team and usually done in 3-5 working days.
  • All exchanges are subject to the discretion of House Of Kashyap

 

    RETURN POLICY 

  • Returns can be requested on our mail id - support@houseofkashyap.com
  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Products which are purchased during sale like BOGO, LIMITED TIME OFFER cannot be returned.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return
  • We've only a one-time Return policy.
  • Reverse pickup is to be done by our team and usually done in 3-5 working days.
  • There is a fixed charge for Rs.100 for all reverse pickups.
  • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, the customer will receive a coupon code via email, which will be equivalent to the amount of the product purchased. These coupons can be redeemed on our website.
  • The coupons will be issued only after reducing the COD charges and Reverse pick up charges. These coupons cannot be redeemed with products purchased during sale period.
  • There are no refunds for return orders. Only redeemable coupons will be provided to the customer
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of House Of Kashyap.
